The Upload file number is available after opening the Import button.
Four file format types are supported: TXT, CSV, XLS and XLSX. When the file is selected via the Browse button and the number of columns chosen, you have to choose the type of number: publication number, standardized publication number (Questel format), FamPat family identification number, or application number.
Then choose the destination:
•Hitlist
•My workfiles
•My lists
The link Select for my workfiles and my lists allows browsing your tree and choosing the workfile or the list of destination of the numbers import.
The Finish button validates the import.
The Cancel button closes the wizard window without launching the import.
When the import is done, an import file is downloadable. It allows you to check if the import has succeeded for each number.
