Edit content of the Preview Tab

From the Edit Contents button you may choose the fields to display, their order and their arrangement.

The fields available for display are as follows:

1st drawing (Default Field) - IMAGE.URL

Published as (Default Field) - Published as

Priority Numbers & Dates (Default Field) - PR

Application Numbers & Dates (Default Field) - AP

Abstract (Default Field) - AB

Inventor(s) (Default Field) - IN

Applicant/Assignee (Default Field) - PA

IPC Codes (Default Field) - IC

CPC Codes (Default Field) - CPC           

US Codes (Default Field) - PCL

JP Codes (Default Field) - FI

UAB Update Week (Default Field) – UAB

Archive date(Import date) (Default Field) – DPEXM

Read date (1st read date) (Default Field) – DREAD

Archive update date (Default Field) – DUPDATE

Patent Assignee History – PAH

Re-assignment – REAS

Representative – RP

Technology Domain – TECD

Representative address - RPAD

Designation of customised user fields - Codes of customised user fields

 

The names of the fields in the list of results are set to the Detailed (full name) view and can be changed to the Short (code) from the User settings>Display page.

By default, four fields are in the Selected fields section. Using the arrow keys, you may change (add, delete, change order) fields in the display. Select one or more fields. To select multiple items, use the Shift key on your keyboard or to select non-sequential items use the Control key.

: moves the selected field(s) up in the selected fields listing

: places all fields in the selected fields listing

: moves the selected fields to the selected fields listing

: moves the selected fields back to the available fields listing

: moves all fields back to the available fields listing

: moves the selected field(s) down in the selected fields listing

The OK button validates the selection, order and presentation set.

The Cancel button closes the window without changing the custom list.

Reset the default fields button returns the listing to the default fields (see list above).
